The Democrat governor of Virginia just blamed ICE for the killing of Virginia resident Stephanie Minter by a criminal illegal alien.

She should have at least blamed the Democrat prosecutor, Steven Descano, who let Jalloh back onto the streets after a violent criminal history and multiple arrests. But the only enforcement body that actually tried to do something to keep criminal illegal Abdul Jalloh off the streets, and that’s who she blames.
