[UPDATE: NO DEAL] – Senate could pass DHS funding bill in pro-forma session this morning!

The Senate is officially on vacation, however Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin is reporting that the Senate will hold a pro-forma session this morning where they could pass, via unanimous consent, a bill that fully funds DHS for 60 days.

MAJOR UPDATE: The Senate held their pro-forma session and essentially just gaveled in and out with no deal, because, Democrat Senator Chris Coons was there on watch to prevent any deal from happening that fully funds DHS via unanimous consent.
