Joe Biden’s DEI Supreme Court justice made a ridiculous justification this morning for the idea of birthright citizenship, comparing it to someone who commits a crime in a foreign country.

I have to think that, when she suggested this was allegiance, the other Supreme Court justices were dying on the inside. Perhaps dying laughing, or just dying of embarrassment. Either way I hope when this is over, whatever the ruling, that one of them gleefully mocks her argument in their writeup.
