Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has just sent a criminal referral to the DOJ over the 2019 impeachment of President Trump by the House.
The main target of the referral is former Intelligence Inspector General Michael Atkinson, who is the one who forwarded the ‘whistleblower’ complaint to Congress which started all the ridiculous impeachment crap.
