DHS has won a victory in court on deporting two illegals back to Laos. The couple has been here for 25 years, served time in jail for whatever crimes they committed, but are still illegal and still have standing removal orders that go back decades.
The judge called deporting them ‘cruel’ and ‘heartless’, pulling them away from children and grandchildren. But this Biden judge was smart enough to realize she didn’t have the power to stop DHS from deporting them.
