An NYPD officer wasn’t messing around when he was trying to remove the chain from a protester who chained themselves to the New York Stock Exchange.
Even Sandra Smith was stunned by what she saw:
In a longer video, the officer does get the chain removed right after this video ended. Don’t know if the protester is okay, but that’s what happens when you do something as stupid as illegally chaining yourself as part of a protest, and then you fight the officers trying to arrest you.
