Last November a UPS flight went down in Kentucky in a fiery crash. In fact it never really made takeoff fully and crashed into a warehouse, killing at least 12.

Today the NTSB released new video footage that shows exactly what happened that led to the fiery crash. Investigators said in November that an engine malfunction was the likely cause. Well that is the understatement of the century.
