The top corrupt Democrat in the House, Hakeem Jeffries, just posted a video saying that he just finished a visit to Delaney Hall In New Jersey and that it should be shut down.

DHS just responded to their claims by saying:

1) DHS doesn’t make the laws, Congress does. We don’t pick and choose which laws to enforce—and neither should you as a “lawmaker.”
2) It is a crime to enter the United States illegally. EVERYONE being held inside Delaney Hall broke the law.
