Man! I guess ruining concerts, starting riots, and plotting harm and destruction aren’t enough for some people when it comes to celebrating the United States. And if you’re a Canadian born in Kenya to Indian immigrants who grew up to work for Al Jazeera and MS Now and support antisemitism, that’s especially true.
Witness, then, Ali Velshi. Watch as he expresses his “deep unease” about celebrating the 25oth anniversary of American independence. Watch him call it a “so-called Democracy” and accuse the U.S. of still being guilty of racism and sort of still basically doing slavery.
Oh and this is just a sample. Before this clip he was using a Ku Klux Klan rally from the 1920s to make his case against celebrating independence 100 years later. Go figure!
AFTER this clip, by the way, he had on a nutty professor to explain that hating America is the right thing to do.
Ain’t Democrats grand? Gotta love how they act outraged at the phrase “Make America Great Again” (literally they tried the counter-slogan “America’s Already Great”) and then spend every other waking moment trashing America.
