President Trump just revealed that Iran did indeed shoot down the US Army Apache helicopter last night in the Strait of Hormuz, and said the US must respond to this attack:
I have just been informed by our Great Military that last night the Iranians shot down one of our highly sophisticated Apache Helicopters while patrolling over the Strait of Hormuz. There were two pilots involved, both are safe and uninjured. Nevertheless, the United States must, of necessity, respond to this attack. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP
It sounds to me that Trump is using his words carefully because he still wants a deal with Iran. Maybe I’m wrong. Either way, I hope he decimates the IRGC.
Again though, if Iran can’t contain the IRGC now, then what reason is there to think they can do it once a deal is made???
