The FBI called out Candace Owens for lying yesterday about their response to her FOIA request, in which she was asking for three days worth of FBI Director Patel’s itinerary leading up to Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
First, here’s what she wrote:
Via FOIA, we formally requested Kash Patel’s travel itinerary for the 3 days leading up to Charlie Kirk’s assassination and we just heard back and were told the burden of the request is too great.
How is this even remotely legal?

But it turns out, that’s not what the FBI said at all. In fact, they didn’t even deny her request. They simply pointed out that the scope of her request would delay them in possibly getting the information she requested, and also said she could narrow the scope and that would indeed help expedite matters.
They wrote:
Dear @RealCandaceO
Please show us on the document sent to you ACKNOWLEDGING your FOIA request where we said:
“The burden of the request is too great.”🤔🤔
Your “show” just like the fake news media will be called out when you LIE!
We hope this helps.
