This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. A federal judge appointed by Joe Biden just banned ICE agents from arresting illegal immigrants at immigration courts, and he did it nationwide.

The statement from the DHS attorney makes perfect sense. If an illegal is given a deportation order by the court, then they should be immediately arrested and deported. Plain and simple. And hopefully the appeals court will overturn this absurd ruling.
