The entire 5th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled last night that ICE can continue to detain illegals during their removal proceedings. Or as the Assistant Attorney General for the DOJ’s Civil Division put it:
“The full Fifth Circuit has issued an extraordinary precedential order making clear that illegal aliens do not have a constitutional right to roam free in the United States during their removal proceedings.”

This is the way it should be. These activist judges are letting too many illegals roam free when they should be detained and deported. Period. It isn’t hard. If you are here illegally, you shouldn’t be.
