Via Bill Hemmer’s Facebook page comes this incredible satellite photo of the Great Lakes:
The photo is from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which reports that the lakes are over 90% frozen for the first time in two decades. Below is the graphed version showing the extensive coverage of ice.
