Ed Schultz Angered By Protesters Pinning Down Press … THIS Time

On today’s The Ed Show on MSNBC, the host was outraged – OUTRAGED I SAY – about how an apparent member of the press was treated in Nevada.

Ed Schultz is participating in that timeless classic liberal practice of suddenly noticing something because the other side is doing it.

You see, left wing protesters have been acting like idiots and worse since, well, forever. Violent, unruly, lawless. From Occupy to Recreate 68, to actual 68, leftie protests get notoriously up in some mess. But this does not bother MSNBC hosts. In fact, they rather celebrate it, time and again.

In this particular case, Ed’s voluminous shorts are in a bunch because a reporter was “intimidated” by a “lawless” crowd who didn’t give him his “professional space.” Now I wondered, has this ever happened before in America? Has anyone shouted down, maybe violently driven out, a member of the press from a protest? I asked myself if it could be so. And then I answered myself. Self, I said, you were there for something like that weren’t you? You’re right! I answered myself. Good show, you handsome devil.

Let’s go to the tape? Do we have tape? Yes we do. Roll the tape please.

I shot that at the Recreate 68 protests back in 2008. Weird how the reporter gets ganged up on, questioned, surrounded, and driven out. Isn’t that weird? I thought it was weird. They also shoved the camera into the cameraman’s face, drawing blood. And for good measure, someone’s infant child was in the mix. Because responsible.

Bet you won’t see that on Ed’s show. Will we Ed? Ed? Ed can you not hear me?

Quiet in here.
