On CNN today, Rep. Michele Bachmann and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz were on to talk about a variety of topics, including the Benghazi Select Committee. Bachmann’s answers were stellar and on point, Wasserman Schultz’s were terrible and rude. Big surprise. The tensions flare about halfway through Wasserman Schultz’s droning monologue.
Crowley begins by saying Republicans are afraid they’re going to seem partisan and out of touch. Riiiiigght, we’re the ones who are pushing that narrative. Bachmann takes Crowley’s questions and handles them perfectly, before we are then we get treated to an oblivious diatribe from the voice of the Democrats, who per usual wants to pretend there’s nothing to see here.
Democrats couldn’t care less about national security and foreign policy, and they prove it again and again with every interview about Benghazi.
