A mystery chain link fence has suddenly appeared at the southern border on the Rio Grande in El Paso.
According to Bill Melugin, he doesn’t know whether DHS did it or the city of El Paso.
Here’s his video of the mystery fence, which he says has illegals waiting behind it:

If you remember all the way back in September and October, the El Paso mayor wanted to declare a state of emergency over the crisis of illegals in his city. But the Biden admin told him not to do it.
The El Paso mayor has also been sending his own busses of illegals to other states because they are so overwhelmed.
Based on that I think it’s entirely possible that the fence belongs to the city of El Paso. They can’t wait forever for Biden to fix the problem.
