ABOUT TIME: Lindsey Graham finally drops out of the race

Lindsey Graham is finally dropping out of the presidential race, a race he never had a chance of winning in the first place:

I won’t bore you with his ‘goodbye’ message. Besides, Graham was so low in the polls that this will make no difference in the outcome of the presidential race.

So this is really more of a non-story than it is a story.
