According to David Hogg, he’s been accepted to Harvard, apparently under their program to encourage annoying far left gun-grabbing extremists.
Now, this is very odd because he is known for whining that he couldn’t get into the colleges he wanted to get into – specifically in California, because of his grades.
And remember, this is the same Harvard that has been dinged for keeping out Asians because they scored too high!! LOL! Kinda ironic.
So Twitter is going nuts about it:
I’m not really outraged about it. Hogg seems pretty entitled, I doubt he’ll do well at a place they’re actually gonna impose some standards on him. But it does expose the double standard against conservatives and for liberal activists.
I’m all for college admissions being more than about test scores & GPA, but here’s the thing the media will never say about David Hogg/Harvard:

Hogg got a 1270 on his SAT. The bottom 25% at Harvard have an average of 1460. Really shows how the admissions decisions are subjective.

By giving him this award, Harvard is participating in encouraging people to engage in behavior that is objectively bad.

This seems sensible to people who aren’t paying attention, but Hogg is a crazy extremist. I guess we’re not supposed to respond to the insanity from the pro-gun-control left for some reason.
DGAF what his SAT score is or his grades were. That kid has demonstrated his ability on a national stage. Harvard is lucky to have him. Meanwhile, the people criticizing his admission can’t tell the difference between “your” and “you’re.”
