AG Barr told Maria Bartiromo with Fox Business that one of his concerns for the 2020 election is mail-in ballots:

Barr says mail-ballots can be delivered into mailboxes and thus can be taken out. He says there’s questions about whether it can deny a secret ballot and he says a foreign government can print up tens of thousands of mail-in ballots and it would be very difficult to detect.
He says mail-in ballots absolutely open the floodgates to fraud and can upset the confidence we have in our elections, which could take the country to a very dark place.
Barr also notes that one of his other concerns is censorship. He explained that when people are allowed to express their views it’s like a ‘release’. When people don’t feel free to express their views, Barr says that can lead to extremism.
