AG Barr was on with Hannity last night where he was asked if he could give an update on the Durham case and here’s what he said:
Barr: "There are going to be significant developments before the election…Tomorrow, there will be a development in the case. It's not earth-shattering…but it is an indication that things are moving along at the proper pace…" pic.twitter.com/oRwBoEYR5P

As the tweet notes, Barr said there will be significant developments in the Durham case before the election, including a development TODAY that Barr described as “not earth shattering”.
Barr said that he does want the American people to know exactly what happened in 2016 and 2017 and “that will be done”, presumably before the election.
In terms of prosecuting those who broke the law, Barr noted that they are aware of the election but Durham’s pace isn’t being dictated by the election and that they won’t to do anything inappropriate to jeopardize those prosecutions. Rather, he said Durham’s pace is being dictated by developments in the case. There were some delays because of COVID, but Barr indicated he’s satisfied with the current pace.
