Occupy DC, otherwise known as the 99%, aren’t very generous when it comes to donating to the poor at Christmas. In fact, they would rather give you a list of what they need to maintain their political protest (via AIM):
Two loaves and an old pair of sweatpants? I don’t recall that in the parable where Jesus fed more than 5,000 people at one sitting. Doesn’t bode very well for the Occupy DC movement who claim to fight for the poor. Ah well, they’re more interested in the fight, I guess. I’m sure Jesse Jackson would be proud.
