This is unbelievable. A top immigration official says that the Obama administration has ordered federal law enforcement to release any illegal who says they are a dreamer with no burden of proof whatsoever. They even tell of one illegal who not only resisted arrest but injured a border agent in the process, and he was let go because he said he was a dreamer.
