Joe Biden gave a speech today about the Inflation Reduction Act, which name is an outright lie, so the fact that he lied throughout the speech is sort of fitting from an aesthetic point of view, but wholly unacceptable by any reasonable or rational measure.
But the same fact check media that thrived under Trump and still fact checks his every word or even typo can’t be bothered with Biden’s speech about inflation that didn’t talk about inflation but instead talked about all the progressive handouts in the Inflation Reduction Act that also isn’t about inflation.
None of those deceptions was as big or easy to fact-check as this one.

You see, that is in fact a lie on Biden’s part, because he didn’t lower anything. But even if you ignore that, the claim about prices being down is an overt deception because they are higher than when he took office.
If crime goes up 400% and then comes down 10% the day before an election, you can’t claim to be the candidate who reduced crime.
And Biden didn’t lower gas prices. He raised them. They are down from the peak a few weeks ago slightly DESPITE him, not because of him, and that temporary period of slightly less abominably high prices is at an end now and they are going to skyrocket back up. He even said so in his speech.
But will any media fact check that? LOL. If they do it’ll be a daggon miracle and they’ll CAVEAT it anyway. Or just say it’s true.
