As Ty Cobb departs, attorney Emmet Flood joining the WH legal team. Flood served as special counsel to Pres George W Bush. He's been a partner in the law firm of Williams & Connolly, where he was billed as representing individuals in "complex white-collar matters."

Is Cobb leaving over a disagreement with Trump? Or has he just decided that 68 years is quite enough to be working?
