The DOJ won at the 11th Circuit Appeals Court tonight, getting access to use those classified materials they seized from Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago.

In a win for the Justice Department, a federal appeals court has ruled that investigators can continue to look at documents marked classified and seized from Mar-a-Lago, upending the judge’s order over those documents that blocked their work on them.

Two of the judges overturning this were appointed by President Trump.
The other was appointed by President Obama.
