Her last remark that she’s no longer a fan of the Deputy AG, Rod Rosenstein, almost made me spit out my vanilla creamer it was so funny!
But seriously, it’s ok if Trump ordered a review. That’s the right way to do it, instead of just firing Comey willy-nilly without any review or guidance. The fact that he asked for a review should be applauded by the media, and he should absolutely own up to that fact if it’s true.
With regard to the review only taking a couple of weeks, I would say that what Comey has said and done in the public eye that is so compromising is already pretty well known and doesn’t need a lot of study. Documenting it all in a concise report only makes that glaring fact glare even more. And on top of that, Comey just mislead Congress this week on a key detail between Huma Abedin sending Weiner thousands of emails. Apparently she just backed them up to his laptop and didn’t forward them to her ding dong husband.
So when you put it all together, I think it’s a very easy decision.
