As we all know General Mike Flynn’s nightmare saga pretty much ended today after the courts ruled, in a huge and historic victory, that his corrupt case judge must accept that the DOJ has dropped the case against him. Well tonight Flynn called into the Mark Levin Show and you can listen to that below:
It’s really great to hear Flynn’s voice after this almost-four year battle against him.
The big reason he wanted to call into Levin’s show was to thank the Levinites out there who have contributed to his cause, making this fight possible for him. He also thanked them for the many letters of support.
Flynn says the last thing they are waiting on at this point is for Sullivan to actually do what the court ordered him to do and accept the dismissal of the case. I hoping that happens soon for his sake. Unfortunately I’m a little concerned that Sullivan might appeal this en banc, which is to the entire DC appellate judge panel. That would of course drag this out even further. But I hoping for the best here.
