Australia is already putting up gay traffic signals after it’s big vote last year to legalize gay marriage:
FOX NEWS – Walking same-sex couples signals were installed in green pedestrian lights in a suburb of Australia’s capital city earlier this month as part of a city initiative to recognize the diversity of the community, The Canberra Times reported.
Malcolm Snow, chief executive officer of the City Renewal Authority, said eight green pedestrian lights were installed as part of a project to renew Braddon — a northern suburb in Canberra.
“This first location was selected because Braddon has distinctively been the place of celebration for Canberra’s LGBTIQ community,” Snow said, referencing Australia’s decision last year to legalize same-sex marriage. Canberra voted “yes” at a higher percentage than any other state.
“A year ago we saw this area filled with people, color, and joy after the country voted overwhelmingly in favor of marriage equality,” Snow said.
The world is spiralling out of control so fast these days with many people supporting the very things that God detests. It’s really amazing when you think of how quickly this has all come to fruition, with so many countries legalizing gay marriage or some type of gay partnership in the last decade or two. At the rate it’s moving around the globe, pretty soon the entire world will accept it in some form.
When I read articles like this and my heart is vexed, I have to think that we must be getting so close to Christ’s return. I know certain things must still take place before we get there, but I have to wonder how much longer our Great Lord will allow this world to go unpunished. The entire world is fast becoming Sodom and Gomorrah and it’s even affecting the church, His bride, in ways that we’ve never seen before.
And of course it’s not just homosexuality. It’s abortion as well. And many other things. But these two evils have become the poster child for sin in this world and I just can’t believe it will be much longer before Christ tears down these posters and reunites with His bride, whom He profoundly loves, and establishes His kingdom.
