The best thing in the world is when someone speaks a fundamental truth about who they are entirely by accident. And that’s exactly what Joe Biden did today at his joint presser with Macron.
He was getting a question from a French journalist via translation. After the reporter finished Biden said he would answer the last question “since I didn’t hear any of it. I didn’t understand a word of it.”
“SO I’LL ANSWER IT.”
Not “But”, you see. He said SINCE and SO. Because of. Due to. He will answer the question BECAUSE he didn’t understand a word of it.
Which is of course always the case, as everyone everywhere can plainly see every time he’s in public.
He answers what he doesn’t understand because what he doesn’t understand is everything he’s supposed to be doing.
A fundamental truth. Which he also does not understand.
