Ben Shapiro weighed in on Trump’s indictment today, pointing out how ridiculous and irresponsible Trump’s actions were via the indictment, if proven.
However, he doesn’t stop there.
Trump's alleged behavior, if proved as the indictment claims, is NUTS. Irresponsible, mind-boggling, ridiculous. Also, by the Comey logic clearing Hillary, prosecuting Trump is an absurd double standard — and prosecuting the president's chief rival is utterly destructive.

Comey made this bed in 2016 when he decided that willfully mishandling classified information — and leaving it open to possible exposure to hostile actors — was not prosecutable. You can't now reverse that standard as soon as the name on the indictment is Trump.

As has been pointed out today, it’s far from ‘whataboutism’ to bring up the point about Hillary. Because that’s very significant in this case and will be a legal basis to request the case be dismissed:
