A federal appeals court just threw election integrity out the window for the state of Pennsylvania, saying that they can count mail-in ballots that are misdated or even without a date at all, because discarding them violates the Constitution or something.

The 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that it is unconstitutional for Pennsylvania to reject mail-in ballots with misdated envelopes.
Why? You may ask.

Ugh. The judges in this ruling were appointed by Obama, Biden, and George W. Bush, with the latter writing the opinion.
I hope the Supreme Court doesn’t let this stand and agrees to take up the appeal. This can’t be allowed to stand.
