Earlier today the courts did what we knew they’d do in blocking Alabama’s anti-abortion law:
BREAKING: We just blocked Alabama's abortion ban.
With this federal court ruling, it's official: None of the state abortion bans passed earlier this year are in effect.
Abortion remains legal in all 50 states.

Not really big news because we know this won’t end until it reaches the Supreme Court. This is all predictable.
Beto, however, no longer trusts the courts on this issue and is calling on Congress to make “safe” abortion legal in all 50 states:

Well I have to say that calling on Congress to do something is a much better idea than what was being proposed by Democrats earlier this year, that is changing the number of seats and thus the makeup of the Supreme Court. But still, liberals like Beto loved the courts until they lost control of them.
But what struck me about this is Beto’s contention that the law should protect a woman’s choice to kill her baby – you know, those ‘safe’ abortions he keeps talking about. He’s going to take away our AR-15s, but ask Congress to create a new law that enshrines the right for a woman to kill her baby up and until birth.
If you were to put this into a mathematical equation, the result would be a divide by zero error because it makes no sense. But then, that is the current state of the Democratic Party and why they must be defeated.
