Beto O’Rourke decides he want to fail at running for governor of Texas too!

Beto O’Rourke has decided he’s running for governor of Texas in 2022 against the victor of the Republican primary, which could be Allen West or Greg Abbott, whose been governor for two terms.

Beto has failed at running for the US Senate in Texas, losing to Ted Cruz, and he failed more notably in his bid to be President of the United States. His race against Cruz was close, but his race to be president was an abysmal failure, especially after he announced he wanted to take people’s guns away.

And now he wants to take his gun-grabbing campaign the highest office in Texas:

There’s nothing like an unsuccessful white man’s confidence in his ability to fail upward.

Case in point: Beto O’Rourke.

The Texas Democrat is the pinnacle of white privilege. He has a billionaire father-in-law, a history of crony capitalism , and a drunken driving arrest that legacy media keep forgetting to mention. That hasn’t stopped the Democratic Party from embracing this “Kennedyesque” candidate.

Now, the failed senatorial candidate and failed presidential candidate is trying his hand at something new: running for governor of Texas. Texas Monthly reported Monday morning that O’Rourke is preparing to face Texas Gov. Greg Abbott in 2022. “He will seek to become the first Democrat to win statewide office in Texas since 1994, ending the longest statewide losing streak in America for either party,” the magazine notes.

I will note that when Beto was running against Cruz in 2018, Beto lied about his gun grabbing ways. I think that, among other things, is the reason he only lost be three points.

Now he thinks the citizens of Texas will vote him into office after everyone knows he wants to take people’s guns away? His campaign is doomed from the start. And it just shows how stupid he is as a candidate for anything.
