Biden announced today that anyone flying into the US must be tested before they board their flight, and they must quarantine once they get here:
Biden says "everyone flying to the United States from another country" needs to be tested before they get on the plane and must "quarantine when they arrive."

Steve Krakauer notes that Biden didn’t explain how this would happen and didn’t really take any questions:
How do they plan to implement this internationally and enforce it once they arrive in the U.S.? Hopefully someone asks a follow-up… https://t.co/R3hSo0nB9P

Well he did take one question, sorta:
President Biden did not take any questions after his COVID pandemic briefing.
After a few reporters shouted questions, he answered one, which noted the 100 million in 100 days vaccine plan was exactly what we’re doing now. “Come on, man, give me a break,” he said, and left.

That’s exactly what happened. The reporter said that 100 million in 100 days is what we’re doing now and asked if Biden should set the goal higher. Biden shrugged it off with this ‘Come on, man’ crap. I’ve cued up the video to 31:07:
There’s a briefing at 4pm. I will be posting it shortly for you to watch live. Let’s see if anyone asks any more about this as well as his testing/quarantine mandate.
UPDATE: The reporter who asked Biden that question was the AP’s Zeke Miller.
Also, Steve Krakauer read Biden’s executive order he announced above and said it amounts to nothing:
I read Biden’s executive order on international travel. It only requires a COVID negative test "to the extent feasible” (big loophole), and asks for recs on how to enforce a quarantine (otherwise, just "self-quarantine or self-isolation” – so, nothing).https://t.co/WkwMRQ2KBY
