After asking if a dead congresswoman was in attendance at the White House today, Biden went on to mumble what was written on his teleprompter about the hurricane preparations being made by FEMA.
But it sounded more like a word salad, especially at the end.

“We have a scheduled, uh, everything we can possibly do, and we think, and so do the mayors and the governor, that we’ve had put up shelters, they’re ready. We’re not sure exactly where it’s gonna hit, but we’re pretty getting pretty clear exactly where it’s gonna hit.”
