Biden DHS Sec claims “our borders are not open”, gets mocked by MANY including Ted Cruz

With the burgeoning crisis under the so-called ‘migrant bridge’ in Del Rio, Texas, Biden’s DHS Secretary had the gall to claim today that “our borders are not open”:

Obviously this is a ridiculous statement given the 12 thousand Haitians all seated under the bridge in Del Rio. In fact Bill Melugin says that border agents rolled their eyes when they heard that statement:
