A pro-life Catholic who sidewalk counsels outside of Planned Parenthood was just arrested by Joe Biden’s DOJ for shoving an angry Planned Parenthood activist away from his son after the activist threatened his son. The original incident happened in October 2021. The father of seven, Mark Houck, was arrested this past weekend.
Houck was never charged by the Philly DA because he did nothing wrong. He was just defending his son. And a lawsuit against Houck, filed by the activist, was thrown out of court.
But Biden’s DOJ has decided they’ll use some arcane law about violating the “Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances” law and assaulting a ‘reproductive healthcare clinic escort’ to make Houck pay for protecting his son.
Tonight the wife of Mark Houck was on Tucker to describe the moment 20-30 armed FBI agents stormed their home last weekend and arrested Houck in front of his family.
BREAKING: Catholic leader Mark Houck's wife Ryan-Marie describes the moment 20-30 armed FBI agents showed up to their house to arrest her husband and they have pictures:

Houck’s attorney was also on, explaining how no charges were ever filed against Houck because everyone knew he was simply protecting his son:
The Houck family lawyer Peter Breen:
"This was not a federal crime. They have taken an innocent man and made an example of him to make an example to pro-life people and people of faith across this country." pic.twitter.com/WlJOAEvTfE

Here’s the back story from Greg Price to catch you up:
🧵THREAD: The Biden DOJ is being fully weaponized against his political enemies.
The most horrific case yet might be the story of a Catholic activist from my hometown who had 30 FBI agents sent to his house yesterday to arrest him in front of his wife and seven children. pic.twitter.com/UKwPqUv9D7

Mark Houck is the founder of an organization called The King's Men, which promotes Christian virtues among men, and is a well known pro-life activist in the Philly area.
Every Wednesday, he sidewalk counsels at Planned Parenthoods in Philly for six to eight hours.

In October 2021, he was counseling when a pro-abortion protester leading people into the building threatened his son and yelled obscenities at him.
Houck then pushed the man away from his son.
He was never charged for it and the man tried unsuccessfully to sue him.

That was until yesterday when, according to his wife, 25-30 armed FBI agents raided their home at 7:05 a.m.
His wife said they entered the home and pointed rifles at them as their kids began screaming.

He's now being charged by the Biden DOJ with a law called the "Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances," which makes it a federal crime to "injure, intimidate, and interfere with anyone because that person is a provider of reproductive health care."https://t.co/UqI69xWkFN

Mark Houck is now facing a maximum sentence of 11 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and fines of up to $350,000.
All because he pushed a Planned Parenthood volunteer to the ground who got in his son's personal space and yelled obscenities at him.
