Joe Biden hack Jack Smith is still trying to control what Donald Trump might tell a jury in his J6 case. He submitted another filing today to ask the judge to prevent Trump from telling the jury that he’s being targeted by Joe Biden.

What does it matter if Trump makes this argument or not? The jury should be smart enough to decide whether or not this is a valid argument or not. Why does Jack Smith feel like he must control what Trump says about this?
Is it because Joe Biden is pulling the strings and doesn’t want Trump to say it? That’s gotta be it because otherwise this doesn’t make sense.
