Yup they don’t mention China once, but the video definitely makes it sound like Trump caused all of the infections himself. Now look, some Trump defenders are trying to deflect ANY criticism against the administration, even reasonable ones, by invoking China’s culpability. That is a little absurd. But it’s definitely much more ridiculous to take the side of a totalitarian regime in order to make Trump look bad, and by extension, damage the United States. Unfortunately, even an economically destructive pandemic can’t shake us from our extremely entrenched partisan tribalism.
