Biden told reporters today that he’s ‘praying’ for a guilty verdict in the Chauvin trial because the evidence is overwhelming:

Biden claims he wouldn’t have said this if the jury hadn’t been sequestered, but you know who isn’t sequestered?
.@JoeBiden believes evidence in case “overwhelming.” Said he weighed in b/c jury is sequestered. But the rest of the country is not, Joe. Those who are ready to riot consider your words, like those of Maxine Waters, permission to do.#AmericaReports

She’s exactly right. If Chauvin doesn’t get a guilty verdict on the murder of George Floyd, BLMers will feel empowered by the words of Biden and Waters to riot and burn down cities. How absolutely irresponsible of Biden to weigh in like this and potentially make things that much worse. The only thing he’s praying for at this point is civil unrest.
Here’s a few more responses…
President Joe Biden insists there is a "right verdict" in the Chauvin case:
"I'm praying the verdict is the right verdict. The evidence is overwhelming in my view."
This is deeply irresponsible and will certainly contribute to riots/unrest if the jury returns "not guilty".

Biden is now putting his finger on the scale of justice in the Chauvin case.
That’s beyond inappropriate.

If Derek Chauvin is acquitted, prepare for the worst riots in United States history.
Biden's response to these riots will show how weak and frail he really is.

If Derek Chauvin isn’t found guilty, our nation will burn, elected Democrats will pour gasoline on the fire and Joe Biden will wake up asking his staff what year it is and what state he’s in. Our nation is in very shaky hands. Pray for America.
