Joe Biden smeared Ted Cruz yesterday on this POTUS account to try and push young people to vote for Democrats.
Biden accused Cruz of calling the recipients of his taxpayer-funded election bribe, aka the loan forgiveness plan’, as slackers:

Cruz hit back last night calling Joe Biden a liar:
Biden know he’s going to lose on Tues, so now he’s just lying.
He said gas was $5/gallon when he became President—LIE.
He said the border is secure—LIE.
He knows his billion-dollar student loan give-away takes from blue-collar workers & gives to Ivy League grads.

So what exactly did Ted Cruz say? Here’s what I found and it’s from August:
“If you are that slacker barista who wasted seven years in college studying completely useless things, now has loans and can’t get a job, Joe Biden just gave you 20 grand. You know, maybe you weren’t gonna vote in November, and suddenly you just got 20 grand.”
Cruz isn’t calling the potential recipients of Biden’s election bribe ‘slackers’, he’s using an example of someone who wasted their college on meaningless stuff and now can’t get a job using their degree and will now be the recipient of a $20,000 bribe. Cruz argues that this could increase voter turnout, and that was his point.
But the left quickly turned this into Ted Cruz calling anyone who receives this election bribe a ‘slacker’, and now Joe Biden is repeating the lie.
