Biden tells Mayors domestic violence calls don’t need a cop but a psychologist: ‘I’m serious!’

Every time Joe Biden says “I’m serious,” the natural response to think of is “no, you are not.” He can’t be taken seriously, anyway. But Captain Dementia’s latest stumbling buffoonery isn’t just terrible it’s dangerous, and represents a dangerous view prevalent in his destructive party.

“When a cop turns up in a domestic violence case, or someone’s standing on an edge of a bridge, they don’t need a cop. They need a psychologist,” said Biden to a gathering of mayors at the White House.

“I’m serious! We’re beginning to understand all this again.”

No, bud. Nobody is understanding you. Because as any COP will tell you, domestic violence calls are one of the most dangerous situations they face. The risks are numerous, and sending in a psychologist to an explosive situation, which may have weapons, drugs, alcohol or more involved, which result in all kinds of terrible outcomes even when trained police are there, is the definition of insanity.

But that’s how Democrats think. And that’s what Biden repeats to mimic thinking.
