Another Biden hack US Attorney, Matthew Graves, made clear yesterday that they are going to start prosecuting people who didn’t enter the Capitol building at all, but did enter restricted areas outside the Capitol.
Graves said in his speech that up until now they’ve focused their ‘prosecutorial discretion’ primarily on this who entered the Capitol building or committed violent acts on Capitol grounds.
But he suggests there were thousands who occupied a restricted area without authorization and they have committed a federal crime:

Team Biden is going to try and make this election cycle a referendum on January 6th to try and keep Trump out of office, should he win the primary. They are already doing this in the court system and now they are going to prosecute more and more people to give newsers something else to talk about re January 6th. They also continue to want to make Trump supporters pay for every supporting a president like Trump.
