Elon Musk has just offered this morning to pay the salaries of TSA agents in airports all over the country as Democrats hold DHS funding hostage.

Wow. This is huge, as it would severely diminish the pressure Democrats are putting on Republicans and the country over this DHS funding and put the onus squarely back on the Democrats to end this shutdown.
John Fetterman responded to this news, calling it incredibly generous:

TSA agents across the country are relying on food pantries and community donations just to get by.
I remain the lone Dem to vote with my Republican colleagues to fully fund DHS and get people paid.
