The Supreme Court just gave President Trump a big victory on the firing of probationary federal workers, overruling a lower court and thus allowing him to go ahead and fire 16,000 workers.
The lower court injunction which was overturned today was done by Clinton-appointed Judge William Alsup in San Francisco.

In other words, the Supreme Court just validated that President Trump can do what he already had the power and authority to do in the first place, stopping the assault on his presidency from lower activist courts.
