“BLM praising Donald Trump — and Trump celebrating it — makes perfect sense”

Ron DeSantis just released a statement on a BLM leader’s support of Trump and, in turn, Trump praising the BLM leader.

Here’s what he said:

DeSantis writes: “BLM praising Donald Trump — and Trump celebrating it — makes perfect sense. When BLM was burning down cities and assaulting police officers in cities across this country, Trump did nothing but sit in the White House tweeting “LAW & ORDER!”

We did it differently in Florida. I didn’t just tweet. I took action and called up the National Guard. We were not going to let our cities burn. As President, I will not sit idly by and watch rioters torch American cities.”

We absolutely need a president who will put a stop to this madness that occurs every few years – and most of the time in election years. DeSantis has made clear he will use his authority as president to the utmost and I’d love to see that in action.
