When the courts told Biden they had grave constitutional concerns and put a stay on implementation of his constitutional end-run mandating vaccination checks for businesses of 100 employees or more, his administration shrugged at the order and carried on anyway.
Today, they’ve been smacked down by the court AGAIN.
Here is how Reuters is reporting it.
A U.S. appeals court on Friday upheld its decision to put on hold an order by President Joe Biden for companies with 100 workers or more to require COVID-19 vaccines, rejecting a challenge by his administration.
A three-member panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans affirmed its ruling despite the Biden administration’s position that halting implementation of the vaccine mandate could lead to dozens or even hundreds of deaths.
Another way to say it would be “the Fifth Circuit had to affirm their previous ruling because the Biden administration tried to blow them off.
Fifth Circuit reaffirms stay of OSHA vaccine mandate, says the agency may "take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order." https://t.co/EJpn5fVqGQ pic.twitter.com/EZHMlt5Jji

MAY TAKE NO STEPS.
Sorry Charlie, but you’re going to have to stop violating the constitution. For now at least. On this ONE issue at least.
