GROSSKREUTZ: Correct.
RITTENHOUSE ATTORNEY: It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him with your gun, now your hands down pointed at him, that he fired, right?
GROSSKREUTZ: Correct.
There it is. Case closed.
Grosskreutz just admitted that Rittenhouse fired in self defense, that he wasn’t some active shooter like he claimed earlier. He admitted that Rittenhouse didn’t fire when his hands were up, only after he aimed his gun at him and charged at him.
