BOOM: Appeals court VACATES order forcing Mississippi to redraw map based on race

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals just gave Mississippi a victory by vacating a lower court order forcing them to redraw their state supreme court judicial districts map based on race, in light of the Supreme Court’s VRA decision.

This opens Mississippi up to create a new congressional redistricting map:
